Important Information

Itinerary may change due to cultural reasons, seasonal changes, operational logistics and accessibility.

*Twin and Jim Jim Falls may not be accessible between the shoulder periods of May-Jun and October. During this time we will visit Gunlom Falls, Maguk or the Yurmikmik Region (Motor Car Falls or Boulder Creek). Wangi Falls can close during the Tropical wet season and will be substituted during this time. During the months of November – April inclusive the frst 3 days of your itinerary will be upgraded to our 4WD Dragonfly Dreaming Wet Season itinerary. There is no additional charge for this upgrade. During this period days 1-3 will be accommodated in permanent tents.  

This trip is not suitable for pax under the age of 18. The general demographic of this tour is 18 to 35.

Participants should have a good to moderate fitness level for this tour and be aware that walks often take place over uneven ground. Customers need to prepare for hot to very hot temperatures in summer and temperatures sometimes below zero of a night time in winter. Toilets and showers are a short walk from your campsite and you will have to participate in assisting the guide with meals and cleaning up on occasion.

Camping on this package uses a mixture of swags and basic twin-share tents with mattresses. Single passengers will be paired with another person of the same gender when tents are included however the dorm or single fare must be chosen for accommodation.

At pick up, please be dressed in comfortable walking clothing and footwear, have a water bottle, hat and sunscreen in easy reach.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

Luggage is restricted to 10kg for the first three days, with excess luggage stored in Darwin accommodation. All passengers are permitted to bring 23kg plus a day pack on the Darwin to Alice Springs sector.

This six day package is a combination of two safari products and the guide and passengers may differ on each safari.  Passengers will be staying independently at the accommodation between each of the safaris
